1. Orders and Payment

• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

• Prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes.

• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.​

2. Delivery and Pickup

• Delivery is available within Edmonton and surrounding areas.

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.​

3. Substitutions

• Due to seasonal availability, we may substitute flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the intended aesthetic.​

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup.

• Refunds are not provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.

• In the event of dissatisfaction, please contact us within 48 hours to address concerns.

5. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery due to events beyond our control.

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.​
